Tournament Tech Check-in at Classrooms.Cloud

All competitions will take place in Zoom rooms at the tournaments classrooms.cloud site. At 4:00PM ET Monday Feb 8, Demo Zoom Rooms will be available on the tournaments classrooms.cloud site later today. Every tournament participant - including ALL competitors & ALL judges - will be required to log into Classrooms.Cloud to complete a pre-tournament access & tech check process. This is a critical step which ensures that all of your squad’s delegation has been properly linked to individual user Tabroom accounts and that each participant is able to log into their Tabroom accounts on Classrooms.Cloud well BEFORE the competition, so that there is sufficient lead time for troubleshooting and technical assistance with the Classrooms.Cloud team. You may refer to this step-by-step guide to completing the Classrooms.Cloud check-in process for more detailed instructions, but it is an extremely simple process.

• Each individual participant (all competitors & all judges) must individually sign in at the tournaments classrooms.cloud site using their individual Tabroom.com user account credentials and complete the check-in process. Individuals who do not have a tabroom.com account will need to create one and need to be linked to their tournament entry. Instructions for linking entries are available at this link. 

• The primary contact (as defined in Tabroom) for each squad can access a special Check-In dashboard on Classrooms.Cloud that displays the tech check status of your entire delegation (competitors and judges) so that you may follow up with anyone who has not completed this in a timely manner.
