Debate Topic & Congress Legislation

Debate events will be debating the February topic. 

Congress legislation is uploaded through Tabroom and needs to be uploaded by Thursday, February 18 @ 6 PM. The docket will be sent to all coaches and teams by Friday, February 19 & uploaded to the tournament website. If no legislation is uploaded by Thursday the 18th, but Congress as an event still happens, the tournament will use the NSDA February 2021 docket.
