Schedule for January 16

This  schedule is TENTATIVE.  Adjustment will be made when necessary.

All times are EASTERN Standard time.

All drops and updates must be made by 8 am Saturday, Jan. 16.

Judges and contestants should be in virtual rooms 15 minutes before the round is to start.

Round 1    Extemp Prep 8:45 am

                All events - 9:00 am

Round 2    Extemp Prep 10:45 am

                All Events - 11:00 am

Round 3    Extemp Prep 12:45 pm

                All Events - 1:00 pm

Round 4    Extemp Prep 2:45 pm

                All Events - 3:00 pm

Awards - as soon as possible following Round 4

9:00 AM:  Technology Check in assigned room (mandatory for all students and judges)

9:15 AM – 11:45 AM:  Session 1

11:45 AM – 12:45 PM   Lunch Recess

12:45 PM: Technology Check in assigned room (mandatory for all students and judges)

1:00 PM – 3:30 PM:  Session 2
