Tournament Schedule 

All times are in Central Standard Time (CST). 

Registration/virtual check in: 

Coaches and teams need to check in on 2/26 @ from 9AM to 3:30 PM through their dashboard

Judges virtual check in: 

Friday Judges need to check in with tab staff 2/26 within the window of 3:30 - 4:00 PM
Saturday Judges need to check in with tab staff 2/27 within the window of 7:45 AM - 8:00 AM

Please check in so we know judges are present and available in the judge pool for round assignments. 
Tab may not use every judge every round; judges may have an "off round" where they aren't used. The tournament may also swap judges or substitute as needed. 

** ALL JUDGES AND COMPETITORS SHOULD BE IN THE VIRTUAL ROOM 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE ROUND TIME (listed below) TO TECH CHECK AND TROUBLESHOOT ANY POTENTIAL ISSUES!!!** 

** Judges need to click START on their ballots when they are in the room and ready to go to ensure the tournament runs on time. Again, please click start before the speakers start speaking**
