Congress Docket and Information

 Update 1/12: finals fills are posted and the rules for finals are below

Finals rules:

Docket order will be set. No rearranging of the docket or amendments will be allowed in finals in order to maximize time for debate.

Authorships have been removed from finals bills in order to facilitate fairness.

We will utilize a base-2 speaking system. This means that no one will be allowed more than 2 speeches for the entire session. This ensures that everyone gets an opportunity to prepare their best speeches.

Precedence will be randomized prior to the start of the round.

If judging numbers are sufficient, we will have an adult PO for finals.
