Congress

Congress legislation will be taken from the Wyoming State database corresponding to competitors who are entered in the tournament. Competitors outside of Wyoming wishing to have legislation considered must submit bills to Allen Pino (pino.allen@gmail.com) by December 15,2020. Super Congress legislation will be taken from the semi and final Nationals dockets. We will distribute these during the week prior to the tournament.
