Congress competition? What you should know!

ALL CONGRESS COMPETITORS SHOULD NOTE!

At this tournament we use PHSSL rules for congress and those include information about the calendar and about questioning.
- the calendar is set by a random draw by the parliamentarian
- direct questioning is involved for all sessions of competition

You may be used to giving us a view of your initials in circle for some of your Zoom meetings, but there are some common courtesies that you should follow when you compete!!

1- Keep your camera on at all times unless the parli requests that you close it to save bandwidth.

2 -Keep your microphone muted unless you are speaking.
