Checklist for Debate Students

 

  1. Create a Tabroom account if you do not already have one. Debate will run through Tabroom and NSDA Campus.
  2. Work with your coach to link your Tabroom account to your student entry at the tournament. If you do not do so, you will not be able to compete. There are no exceptions.
  3. Each LD/PF/Policy debate team has ten minutes of technical time. This time is drawn from in the event of wifi issues, computer crashes, and the like. If a team is unable to recover in that time, they forfeit the round, unfortunately.
  4. For all other rules, please look through your event’s section in the invitation, and review it immediately before the tournament to check for any updates.
  5. If you have questions or concerns during the tournament first check with your coach and if your question or situation cannot be resolved stop by the Ombudsperson Room (it has it's own page within the tournament).
