Here are the motions that we will be using for the tournament. 

Round 1: This House would provide a universal basic income.

Round 2: This House would replace human judgement with computer algorithms in criminal sentencing decisions.

Round 3: Impromptu

Round 4: This House believes that Russian containment is a priority for geopolitical stability.

Semis: Impromptu

Finals: This House regrets China's investment in Latin America.
