Strake Jesuit Public Forum Round Robin

2020 — Online, TX/US

PFRR Format

Continuing our tradition of innovating the tournament experience and offering fresh methods to host round robins, we will introduce yet another format novel to Public Forum. This year, we will be using the NCAA Conference Tournament format where the top 4 teams from each pod will advance after 6 prelims.

The 8 advancing teams will then be re-seeded based on ballot count, with wins as the tie-breaker and speaker points (dropping H/L) as the second tiebreaker. The top seeds in their respective halves of the bracket will receive a double-BYE. The second seeds in their respective halves of the bracket will receive a BYE. The lower two seeds in their respective halves of the bracket comprise the first runoff round.
