SCDL Fall Debate Novice - Open Parliamentary Debate *NEW*

Open Parliamentary Debate: a Junior-Varsity Parliamentary Debate category for anyone interested. This is specifically targeting our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year students who are speech kids and have not done debate before. 

Coaches may use their own discretion if they have something like --a senior who did debate once as a freshman and it was awful--it is up to the coach if they want to permit said student to compete in Junior-Varsity Parliamentary.
