Video Submission Instructions

1. Login using your Tabroom account credentials (sometimes it works best to be logged in to your Tabroom.com account first before clicking on the link: https://tournaments.classrooms.cloud/ggsa-ie-1-submit/.)

2. Review your name, event, and division is correct. 

3. Press the red button to start recording. The system will cut you off at 10 minutes 30 seconds (note: some iPhones and iPads may cut off at 10 min. Be sure to do a practice run before the due date). 

4. Click Submit Recording once you are happy with your performance. This is a final submission and there is not resubmission. It is your responsibility that the audio/visual works before submission. 

Video submissions will be due by the drop deadline of Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 5:00 PM. 

Video submissions through this platform will be required for the following events: DI, EXPOS, HI, OI, OA, OO, OPP, & POI. 

DUO submissions will be the only exception and will be allowed to use a separate platform to record their videos. Please find the information and SUBMIT DUO RECORDINGS HERE.

Attendance in prelim rounds 1-3 will be asynchronous where attendance is optional but strongly encouraged, however, competitors must be present for the synchronous final rounds of all events.
