Judges: When you receive a ballot, please click Start Round in tabroom.com and proceed to your competition room in tournaments.classroom.cloud. If all students are present before the posted start time, you may begin. If anyone is missing, please wait until the posted start time, then you may begin. Thank you for submitting your round ranks as soon as possible at the conclusion of the round. You may continue to enter constructive comments until the awards ceremony.

Students: Thank you for being good audience members in your rounds. 

All: Remember, no recordings of the round may occur and please refrain from texting and conversing during the round.

8:30 a.m. Judge Instructions | Extemp Prep Begins

9:00 a.m. Round 1 Begins 

10:15 a.m. Extemp Prep Begins

10:45 a.m. Round 2 Begins | Judges without a ballot assignment, report to Judge Lounge

12:00 p.m. Extemp Prep Begins

12:30 p.m. Round 3 Begins | Judges without a ballot assignment, report to Judge Lounge

1:45 p.m. Lunch

2:30 p.m. Judges Report to Judge Lounge | Extemp Prep Begins

3:00 p.m. Final Round Begins

5:00 p.m. Awards Ceremony (sooner if possible)

AWARDS CEREMONY

STUDENTS ADVANCING TO THE FINAL ROUNDS should join the Awards Ceremony through the TAB ROOM on tournaments.classrooms.cloud Zoom. Only competitors who have advanced to the final round of their events, and students whose events did not have a final round, should log into the TAB ROOM due to capacity restraints.

We encourage all family, competitors, and community members to view it through the live stream. 

Procedures for Finalists at Awards: 
1. Enter the Awards zoom with your camera off. Your mic should be muted the entire time. 
2. When your event + division is called, please turn your camera on. 
3. When your placing & name is announced, wave to acknowledge your award then turn your camera off. 

Awards will begin as soon as all of the ballots are in.
