Technical difficulty solutions

If you are having trouble connecting to your virtual room, try the following:

Shut down and restart your computer.  Clear your cookies in your Chrome browser (the browser you must use).

If that doesn't work, it could be your internet connection.  You can try using your phone, connected to the phone network.  You will end up using some of your data.

When you are not speaking, turn off your camera to conserve bandwidth.
