Welcome to the 2020 Westlake Chap Classic! 

This year, our tournament will be completely online using Classrooms.Cloud and Tabroom beginning on Thursday, October 1st and continuing through Saturday, October 3rd. 

We will offer the full set of events in IEs and Debate (including World Schools), including novice divisions of Prose, Poetry, Extemp, LD, and Policy Debate. For the purpose of this tournament, a Novice is considered someone in their first year of high school competition. We also offer scaffolded Novice Extemp and require the NDCA Novice CX Packet for all novice CX rounds. 

An adult sponsor and your school judges must be readily available at all times in order to judge and provide support for the tournament when needed.
