Registration is limited to teams NOT fully qualified for the WSDT.  We'll be running this differently than what you are used to.  After a policy team earns 2 wins, they will be deemed to have earned a leg   After 3 wins in PF or LD,  a leg will be earned.  We will debate as many rounds as possible.

If a team is eliminated after round 2 of eithe NSDA qualifier, they may also join this tournament if they need a leg to state.
