Dear Debate Coach,

You are invited to the annual Shawnee Mission Northwest Open Debate Tournament.  Our tournament will be held on Saturday, October 15^th.  Our Tournament will offer an Open Division and a Novice Division with 5 total rounds in each.

The tournament will become whatever size totals out to be double the number of rooms that my administration allows me to use.  I will accommodate as many teams as possible.

You may enter up to 4 teams.  Extras will be given as much as possible, we try to do our best to accommodate, but can never guarantee anything (unless you and I have made prior arrangements).

Sweeps will be calculated however I can figure out to have the tabroom software tabulate it.

Awards will be ASAP after round 5.
