Welcome to the Cesar Chavez Memorial Speech Tournament at Cesar Chavez Middle School in Union City, CA. We are hosting our second middle school tournament as an opportunity for students to continue to grow in their public speaking abilities. Please join us on Saturday, February 27, 2016. 

We will offer Public Forum, Lincoln Douglass, Congressional Debate, and ten speech events. Please feel free to pass this invitation along to anyone who might be interested in attending. We have tenatively added Thematic Interpretation. If we have enough entries for a panel, we will add it.

All entries will be done through Tabroom. As this is a one day tournament, we will be operating on a shortened schedule. We will offer three rounds of speech, and debate. We will have a snack bar for food purchases
