Public Forum will run the January topic - Resolved: On balance, economic sanctions are reducing the threat Russia poses to Western interests.

Student Congress  - Student Congress bill or resolutions will not come from the state selected docket.  Students participating in congress should bring a piece of legislation as well as copies for their house to debate.  We do this so students who are doing Nat Quals have a chance to run their bills/resolutions.

Please bring 1 judge for every 5 students entered in a congress/speech event, 1 PF/LD judge for every 4 teams.   If you bring Policy, you need a designated Policy judge.  Also, please ensure that your judges have graduated from high school.
