Essential Reminders for Coaches

(1) Entries are due on the Wednesday before the tournament.

(2) Judges should also be registered, by coaches, using Tabroom. (Includes the Coach!)

Essential Reminders for Competitors

To ensure a smooth day for everyone, please make note of the following:

• Lunch: All competitors must bring a bagged lunch with them in the morning. We will not allow outside food drop-offs from parents or guardians. Lunch will be eaten in the cafeteria. Please plan accordingly.

• Technology: All competitors must bring their Chromebook/Laptop and a charger. You will need these for accessing ballots, research, and general tournament logistics.

• Dress Code: All students must be in full school uniform while on the tournament premises.

• Pick-Up: Tournament will be finished by 3:15pm. Parents will be allowed to pick-up scholars from 3:20.
• Late Dismissal: We understand that sometimes traffic happens. Scholars who are picked up after 3:45pm TWICE will be prohibited from attending the following tournament.
