Kenedy High School 5th Annual UIL Academics & Speech Meet January 31, 2026. 401 FM 719, Kenedy TX

This is a UIL style tournament using spring LD topic & reader's choice (category A or B) for prose & poetry. We also have a full academic meet so if you are interested in that, email ltheuret@kenedyisd.com for a registration form.

8:30 - 9:00 am Registration, Adds/Drops KHS Entryway

Drops after Jan. 27 result in loss of entry fee(s). Payment is due on or before Jan. 31. For schools paying with POs, payment must be received by February 28 or a $50 late fee will be assessed.

Pairings/sections will be posted in the cafeteria & outside room 106. Pick up awards in Rm 106. Overall results will be emailed out the following week. NO AWARDS/PAPERWORK WILL BE MAILED.

Concessions will be open from 8 am - 4 pm in the cafeteria.

Coaches, bus drivers, and judges are welcome to refreshments in the teacher's lounge (100 hallway).
