We're excited to host you for a great day of competition. Please read through these essential reminders and the schedule so you're prepared for the day.

Essential Reminders for Competitors

To ensure a smooth day for everyone, please make note of the following:

• Lunch: All competitors must bring a bagged lunch with them in the morning. We will not allow outside food drop-offs from parents or guardians. Lunch will be eaten in the cafeteria. Please plan accordingly.

• Technology: All competitors must bring their Chromebook/Laptop and a charger. You will need these for accessing ballots, research, and general tournament logistics.

• Dress Code: All students must be in full school uniform while on the tournament premises.

8:15 Drops deadline / Coaches confirm entries present. Non-present teams will drop.

8:20 Pairings released

8:30 Round 1 - Both flights in rooms.

10:30 Round 2 - Both flights in rooms.

12:30 Round 3 – Scholars eat lunch in the cafeteria during their non-round flight.

2:30 Final / Round 4 – Single flighted.

3:30 pm Public Forum Scholars wait in the cafeteria for final announcements and parent pick-up.

10:30 2nd Extemp Draw – Cafeteria

11:00 Round 2 - In rooms with judges. Ends at 9:45am. Scholars remain to watch Dramatic Performance till 12:30.

12:30 3rd Extemp Draw - Cafeteria

1:00 Round 3 – Scholars return to the cafeteria after their third round speech to eat lunch.

2:00 Finalists Announced – Finals Extemp Draw - Cafeteria

2:30 Finals – in room 108 (TBC)

3:30 pm - 4:00pm Scholars wait in the cafeteria for final announcements and parent pick-up.

11:00 Watch Extemp rounds.

11:45 Round 2 - In rooms with judges. Ends at 12:30pm. Remain in rooms until Rd3 Pairings released.

12:30 SILENT LUNCH IN CAFETERIA –During Extemp Draw. Go to Rooms once finished.

1:45 SPEECH WORKSHOP – with Coach Gosling and Hubbard. Ends at 2:30pm.

2:30 Finalists Announced
