PF and LD will use the November/December 2025 topics. CX will use the 2025-26 NFHS High School Policy Debate topic. No novice topics will be used.

PF: Resolved: The United States federal government should require technology companies to provide lawful access to encrypted communications.

LD: Resolved: The United States ought to rewild substantial tracts of land.

CX: Resolved: The United States federal government should significantly increase its exploration and/or development of the Arctic.

WSD:

R1/R2 - This House would regulate artificial intelligence as a public utility.

R3 Impromptu

Semifinals (if needed) This House, as the EU, would ban member nations from importing Russian natural gas.

Finals Impromptu

We will use 30 minutes of prep for WSD, 5 minute constructives, and 3 minute replies.
