3. A Bill to Put Health First - Lincoln Southwest
4. A Resolution to Inoculate Tuberculosis - Lincoln East
5. A BILL TO END NON-CRIMINAL DETENTION - Norfolk
6. A Bill to Ban Improper Plastic Disposal in the US - Millard South
7. A Bill to Lower College Tuition by Reallocating Institutional Profits - Millard West
8. A Bill to KISS Invasive Species Goodbye - Marian
9. A Bill to Implement Parenting Classes to Help the Future Generations - Marian
10. A Bill to Ban Imported Tobacco and Nicotine Products - Elkhorn South

Novice Policy Topic Limits:

For this tournament we will only be allowing evidence from the NDCA novice packet except for topicality and kritiks. Cards may be retagged or shortened, but no new evidence can be run in novice rounds.
