As Congressional Debate will consist of a single 2.5-hour round, students will debate items 21–25 from the prelims docket, in that order, to ensure they feel best prepared for Thursday’s round.

Congressional Debate will use the following legislation, to be debated in the order listed below, from the TFA Fall 2025 Legislative docket as recommended by region 4:

Prelims: 21-25

Finals: 26-30

Semis, if needed: 1-5

Congressional Debate will utilize Direct Questioning.
