The ESC 13 Congressional Debate tournament will be held on November 6th, 2025. Teams are expected to register via both Tabroom.com AND Speechwire

The cost of entry into this tournament is $250.00 per school.

Schools are not obligated to provide a judge for this tournament.

Location: Lexington HS - Lexington, Texas
Payment:$250 by October 15th

Make checks payable to “Lexington ISD Region 13 Congress”

If you work in a district with multiple high schools, please note which high
school you are paying for somewhere in the check, or send the check
number to me so I can coordinate with office staff.
Schools who pay after October 15th will pay a $50 late fee.

Awards will be given for the 1-6 finishers in each conference.

8:45 Oath of office in chambers

9:00 - 12:00 Morning session

12:00 - 1:00 Lunch break

1:00 - 4:00 Afternoon session

4:30 Coaches of advancing schools meet with clerk to choose state legislation
