Permian High School welcomes y'all to our TFA IQT in January! We will be offering TFA and UIL events for all students need points or practice in their respective events, including Prose, Poetry, and Public Forum.

Our theme this year is Harry Potter so rep your house colors and wizarding garbs! Blue for Ravenclaw; Red for Gryffindor; Green for Slytherin; Yellow Hufflepuff.

We will be using our front entrance on 42nd St., leading into the cafeteria for teams and the library for Tabroom. Our Auditorium is currently under construction so some of the parking lot will be blocked off so some of the buses may overflow into the parking lot around the corner off Bonham St. if need be.

Lincoln-Douglas will use the following Topic - Resolved: TBA.

Public Forum will use the following Topic -Resolved: TBA.

CX/Policy will use the following Topic -Resolved: The United States federal government should significantly increase its exploration and/or development of the Arctic.

Congress will use the following dockets from the TFA Spring 26 Bills:

Prelims - TBA

Finals - TBA

Congress rounds will last the full 3 hour block and PO's should limit recesses in order to maximize productivity and efficiency in rounds.

Rooms can vote on the order of the bills above.

Our students may complete in order to fill places in certain events depending on registration and TFA and NSDA points. We would really like to see a full set of Public Forum if possible as many of us don't see this event often anymore until NatQuals so please consider entering teams to try out that event if possible!
