Hello and welcome to the second tournament Midwest Middle School Debate League! We hope you are all having a great start season and are ready for another fun tournament!

This tournament will be between the MMSDL and the CDL.

The MMSDL practices a modified version of Policy Debate- but any middle school debater is welcome to come and try it out!

All middle school debaters are welcome to attend. If you are not currently part of the MMSDL, please contact Mr. Youngquist before you register. My contact information is below.

The season opener will be held at the Avery Coonley School- 1400 Maple Avenue Downers Grove..

There will be snacks available, but debaters and parent judges need to bring their own lunches.

Students should be dropped off between 7:15 and 8:00 AM.

Judge Training will start at 7:40 AM (required for all judges).

Novice, JV, and Varsity will be using the MMSDL/CDL packet (limits are on the "Table of Contents" page.

Depending on interest, there may be an open division running three rounds using HS limits and times.
