Novice Policy Evidence Packet

The novice division will be limited to the GFCA evidence packet, which is available here. The GFCA packet is a reformatted version of the NDCA novice file set with argument restrictions that are relaxed over the first semester. The specific files available for novices at this tournament are: Domain Awareness Aff/Neg, Science Diplomacy Aff/Neg, Russian Appeasement DA, Strategic Stability DA, Arctic Council DA, China Soft Power DA, EU Counterplan, Diplomacy CP vs. Domain Awareness, Track 2 CP vs. Science Diplomacy.

Note: The EU CP, Diplomacy CP, and Track 2 CP files will be posted in late August/early September once made available by the GFCA.
