Q: Is the last witness for the defense supposed to be missing an affidavit signature that would be found between pages 46-47?
A: The witness addendum for Rory Hayes was omitted by accident. Hayes's statement should be read to contain a witness addendum similar to that of the other witnesses. The case will be updated to correct this error.
