Welcome to the UHSAA Region 18 Debate Tournament.  All schools in the region are encouraged to enter and no entry is too small.  The debate events offered are Spontaneous Argumentation, Lincoln Douglas debate, and Public Forum debate.  The Individual Events are Impromptu Speaking, Extemporaneous Speaking, Congressional Debate, and Original Oration.  

Intermountain Christian School, located at 6515 S. Lion Lane in Salt Lake City, Utah, is this year's host. The tournament is scheduled for February 27, 2016.  It will start at 8:30 am and run until approximately 5:00 pm.  A full schedule is located under the Website tab on the right hand bar.

One of the things that helps to keep the tournament on time and running smoothly is lunch on campus. A lunch consisting of a delicious sandwich, chips, cookie, and bottle of water will be served for free.  Orders must be placed under the Lunch tab when registering to assure enough food for all participants, coaches, and judges.
