40th Annual Stanford Invitational

2026 — NSDA Campus, CA/US

REQUIRED Individual Waivers

Every individual participant at the Stanford Invitational, including competitors AND judges, must have a fully and correctly completed individual waiver on file in order to take part in the tournament. See the Individual Waiver section of the invitation for more information.

  • Instructions for completing the individual waiver vary for competitors vs judges due to the capabilities of and data that can be exported from Tabroom.com

  • Coaches, judges, students and parents are hereby notified that any unilateral modification, line out, or other change to the agreement presumptively means that participant(s) are unable to take part in the Stanford Invitational speech & debate tournament. In any such cases, no refunds will be due, under obligation or missing judge fees may apply, and no further accommodation will be offered by the Stanford Invitational.

Competitor Individual Waivers:

Judge Individual Waivers:

  • Judge Individual Waiver & instructions: open this document for step-by step instructions (including a way to e-sign)
  • Every judge must sign an "Individual Waiver" in order to participate in the Stanford Invitational! A fully legible, properly executed, and unmodified copy of this waiver must be completed in advance of the tournament.

  • Judges must use our e-signing system to complete their waiver with the same email address as is on their Tabroom account in order for us to be able to verify that their waiver has been completed!

*We can't accept or process waivers submitted via email or any other method since it is extremely difficult to match up names to entries and to combine files without using the approved Tabroom.com upload process.
