Mandatory Squad Certification Form

In an effort to increase the quality of the tournament experience for all attendees, to more clearly communicate various critical tournament policies & procedures, and to speed up the e-registration verification process (on Friday afternoon) we have instituted a formal “Squad Certification” procedure.

Every squad’s coordinator must upload a Squad Certification Form that is completed and signed by an adult who has the authority to both enter into binding commitments on behalf of and represent the squad in order to participate.This is due to be completed as soon as you have accepted the disclaimer to enter the tournament so that your squad is properly classified and registered, the right programs can be applied to your invoice, and our online tracking system will display your squad!
