Round Robin Logistics
We were able to secure enough space on campus this year to expand the field back to some of the twelve best teams in the country. We will split the field into two pods - the Blue Pod and the Gold Pod. Every round will have two judges – both in-person. The recipient of the most ballots in each pod will debate in the final round.
While all teams and judges will be in person this year, each round will have a professional camera and microphone set up for streaming. Students will not have to individually login to the online room, it will be managed by an outside observer. Schools will be required to supply an in-person judge. It is our goal that every round at the 2025 Ivy Street Round Robin will be livestreamed for the public. Accepting the invitation to the round robin means that you agree to having every round filmed and published at the tournament.

The Round Robin spaces are designed for two competitors and one coach from teams. If you have extra members in your party, please register them in Tabroom. If they are students, they should be registered under the Observers event and if they are adults, we expect them to be in the judging pool and they should be registered as such. We can split obligations if you need us to. At this time we anticipate your judges will judge 4 out of 5 preliminary rounds. Each extra member of your party will be charged the cost we pay for food for the day.
Entry Fees & Payment
The entry fee is $200 per team. Each team will receive tokens of our appreciation to commemorate their experience at the Ivy Street Round Robin and cover two meals for two competitors and a coach. One of these tokens is a crewneck for the three members of each party, please input sizes within your Tabroom registration. Additional crewnecks can be purchased for the cost we pay.
We do ask that all fees be paid by the start of the round robin. You can pay one of two ways --
