Reminders for debaters:

• Go to your rooms IMMEDIATELY after school ends, don't go to 129. We will have attendance at the end of the day.
• Parings will be released at the end of 8th period.
• Coinflips will be online. After the pairings are released, check tabroom frequently to see if you won the flip and choose your side/order.
• Treat this exactly like a real tournament; judges have been instructed to do the same. Mess around, and watch those speaks fall.
• Read ALL judge paradigms. Additionally, one judge per room will be a "lay" judge. They will not be flowing.
• For PF: After your last round of the day, go to room 129! Do not leave until you are dismissed.

Reminders for judges:

• No oral feedback.
• DO NOT EVER DISCLOSE DECISIONS PRIVATELY/PUBLICALLY.
• Start round as soon as you get to your room, not when everyone gets to the room.
• Comprehensive RFD feedback.
• Give state-level speaker points: 29-30(Solid, not much to change). 28-29 (Pretty decent, but a couple of small things). <27 (Things to work on before state)
• Treat this like you would judge at state.
