Debate begins 4:00 p.m. Friday

Extemp draw begins 8:00 a.m. Saturday

What? - All events sanctioned by the O.S.S.A.A. 

Who? - Champs, 3A, 4A, Novice

Where? -  Online

Entries: Due by Tuesday, February 1st at 5:00 p.m. Please use tabroom.com to submit entries, judges, and drops and adds.

All divisions will be assessed according to the original entry and O.S.S.A.A.

Drop Fees: See O.S.S.A.A. rulebook.

Drops after 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 2nd will be assessed for each event. Debate Drops after 9:00 a.m. Friday, February 4 -see O.S.S.A.A. rulebook.  I.E. drops or no shows on Saturday-see O.S.S.A.A. rulebook.

Judges: Judges must be confirmed by Wednesday, February 2nd at 4:00p.m. The judge requirements are: 2 CX Teams= 1 Judge; 4 LD/ PF Debaters = 1 Judge; 12 I.E. Entries= 1 Judge.  Extra judges make the tournament run more smoothly. 

ASYNC Videos must be uploaded by Wednesday, February 2nd at 10:00 p.m.

Please note how many rounds your judges are available to judge each day. (A judge needs to be available to judge at least three rounds on Thursday and Friday to count; you may combine partial judges to meet your required number. Please also note if a judge would be available for Saturday, if needed. We really hope to have all asynchronous events completed by Friday night.)

Cherie Serre:  Thursday 2 rounds.  Friday 1 round.  

We will not assign judges for rounds than they are able to judge.

COST:  

$4 for each individual event 

$5 for each LD debate entry 

$8 for duets 

$10 for each CX and/or PF debate team
