Welcome to the 2021 Online Pumpkin Speech and Congress Tournament! We are delighted to begin our competitive season with this event.

Speech preliminary rounds will be in 4 times slots. Finals will be held in Declamation, Group Discussion, Impromptu Speaking, Novice Extemporaneous Speaking, Novice Oral Interpretation, Original Oratory, Play Reading, Prose Reading, and Varsity Extemporaneous Speaking. Multiple will perform once.
