The Sampler: A Supplemental Showcase presented by Fortlo Academy. The Sampler is an asynchronous tournament that is being held as a precluded for students who are entering Supplemental events at the National Speech and Debate National Tournament. The tournament provides a way for students to receive feedback before their submission on June 1, 2021. No live supplemental events will be offered. The tournament begins on Friday, May 21, 2021, and concludes on Monday, May 24, 2021. There will four rounds of preliminaries and breaks to semi-finals and finals. If entries are substantial, breaks may increase to quarters.

Additionally, there is a Middle School and High Division.

Registration opens on Thursday, May 13, 2021, and ends on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. A

Rules and guidelines will follow the NSDA set rules. 

Entry fees are only $12.00 per event and one judge for every 4 entries is required.
