Registration, entries, videos, and judges - due 4/7/2021

Asynchronous events Prelims judging - 4/8@8 a.m.- 4/9 11:55 p.m.

Coaches can check Finals breaks and contact Tabroo if problems found 4/10 8:00 a.m.-11:59 a.m.

Asynchronous events Finals judging - 4/10@noon - 4/11 11:55 p.m.

Synchronous events - 4/10/2012 from 8:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m.

Tournament Results emailed - 4/12/2021 by noon.

The first draw 7:45 a.m.

The Round schedule is

R1 8:00-9:30 Draw @7:45

R2 9:30-11:00 Draw @9:15

R3 11:00-12:30 Draw @10:45

Final 1:00 Draw @1:00

Awards: ASAP -Sweeps and Synchronous Results only

Entries caps - 16 entries per school

Judges: 3 judges per school regardless of the number of entries

When registering judges, please make sure to mark them as Sync, or Async, or both. The schools who don't have draw entries - please provide Synchronous judges anyway to assure we have judges who don't know the kids in rounds.
