General Rules for the Public Forum

We will follow NSDA's most recent time for the PF debate. Below are the times of each speech. The maximum speaker score you can get is 30 and the minimum is 1. Low speak win is possible (you can still win with lower speaker point). Students are encouraged to check the judge's paradigm before the round. Do not cut speeches, and if something unexpected happened that you have to cut speeches, contact the tab right away.
