2021 PRE-NATIONALS MIDDLE SCHOOL TOURNAMENT

Atascocita High School and Westfield High School are excited to announce the first annual Middle School Pre-Nationals Speech and Debate Tournament on May 14-15, 2021! We will be using NSDA topics for the National Tournament.

We will offer the following events:

Debate- LD, PF, World Schools, and Congress

IEs- Extemperaneous Speaking, DI, HI, DUO, OO, INFO, Oral Interp (Prose/Poetry), Declamation, Storytelling, and Pro/Con Challenge

-All LD/PF debaters will be guaranteed four prelim rounds, breaking to semis.

-All Congress debaters will be guaranteed two sessions. Session 2 will be a Finals round and a Consolation round.

-All IEs, except for FX and DX, will be judged asynchronously throughout the entire tournament.

This tournament will be hosted on the NSDA Campus server. All competitors and judges will be required to have a Tabroom account.
