Hello, all!

It is time, once again, for the Heelan Invite! This year, we have combined with the WILD league, and it is looking to be a great time. 

We will be offering an in-person tournament at Bishop Heelan High School. All debaters will be required to wear face masks, and they need to maintain social distancing. Face shields and gators will not be acceptable attire. 

We will offer congress, public forum, and extemporaneous debate. All will have novice and varsity divisions, but if they are small, they will be combined. 

PF will use the November NSDA resolution. 

Extemp will be released the week of the tournament to coaches. 

Congress will be a student-written docket. Email any bills to hannah.andrews@bishopheelan.org for consideration.
