BDC Digital Public Forum Tournament 1
2020 — NSDA Campus, KY/US
Dear Kentucky Middle School and High School Debaters and Coaches:
The Bluegrass Debate Coalition (BDC) is excited to invite you to our inaugural BDC Digital Public Forum Tournament on Saturday, November 7th.
The BDC works with Kentucky schools to make competitive debate available to every middle and high school student. We believe that debate increases student academic performance, enriches and expands their college and career opportunities, and provides the intellectual and networking tools for youth to thrive as active, responsible leaders in their communities.
We are working to achieve our mission by developing accessible educational resources, supporting the development of new debate programs, and hosting free online tournaments. To learn more about our activities, including our free after school debate program and additional tournaments, visit our website: bluegrassdebate.com.
This event will be hosted online. More information and resources regarding the platform, including trainings and webinars to make sure everyone is familiar with the changes online competition brings, will be released closer to the event date. To familiarize yourself with online debate in general please visit digitalspeechanddebate.com.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions, comments or concerns. We can be reached via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. We can also be reached via phone at 515-499-5392.
Additional details can be found in the complete tournament invite, available on the right-hand side of this page.
We look forward to welcoming you to this celebration of Kentucky Debate!
