2020 BG Vette City Classic Senior Speech Tournament

Who:  Senior High Speech & Congress Competitors 

(Junior High welcome at coach/parent discretion)

What: All KHSSL Senior Events and Congress.  Up to 3 events per competitor for 

speech/2 for congress.

How: Register on tabroom.com before 4:00 PM CST Wed., 

Jan. 8, 2020.

Fees: $7 per competitor entry.  Duo Categories require an 

entry fee for each student.  $40.00 fee for each judge you can’t provide. (One 

judge covers six entries or fraction thereof.)  A $10.00 drop fee for each dropped competitor. ($20.00 for a duo team) $50.00 for dropped judges.

Entries: Teams may enter an unlimited number of students in each event.  Only the top 3 

students will count towards sweepstakes.

Awards: Awards for the top 6 in each category and sweepstakes trophies will be presented to the top 3 schools.  Next-out awards for the 7th place competitor in each category.

Please submit as Microsoft Word documents by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8  to 

janet.martin@bgreen.kyschools.us or upload through tabroom.com.  The legislation packet will be posted on tabroom.com WED evening 1/8.

Food: Breakfast and lunch concessions available for purchase (Food Truck)

Hospitality: Breakfast, lunch, and snack items available for all judges, coaches, and bus 

drivers in our hospitality room.

Online Balloting:  We would like to do online ballots exclusively.  Please have your judges and students make tabroom.com accounts.  Judges will need to bring a tablet or laptop with them to the tournament. See these videos for more information.
