Welcome to the Granite District Novice Individual Events Tournament! This year, Granger High is hosting. The tournament will start at 3:30 on Tuesday, Nov. 27.  There is no cost for this tournament.

Registration closes on Nov. 26 at 3:00 pm. Please have your Varsity debate judges registered at this time, too. This tournament can also be used as a training tournament for your adult judges. Adults can be paired with a Varsity debate student to learn how the events work.

We have tried to include the opportunity for all Individual Events, including Congressional Debate and SPAR. Students may double-enter in all events except Foreign Extemp, National Extemp, and Congressional Debate. SPAR will be run as a debate event with assigned sides and win/loss decisions. Extemp draw will start precisely at 3:30.  Please have all extemp competitors in Extemp Prep (K119) by 3:25.
