-Law enforcement officers should be required to wear body cameras.

-United States military armed drone strikes make the world a safer place.

The first two topics will be debated on both sides for rounds 1-4.

Schools may register eight teams plus two on the waiting list.  All schools must provide one trained judge for every two teams registered.  Registration must be complete by October 26.  Judges can be added day of tournament.

Lunch will be served at a price of $8 per person.  Coaches must place lunch orders for schools by October 26.  Please bring a check to Colina, or cash for total order to the tournament.  No individual lunches will be sold day of tournament.  Two coaches per team are free.
