Welcome to the Third Annual ZIS Speech and Debate Tournament.  January 11-12, 2019

 This year, ZIS will host the American School of London, Frankfurt International School, and the International School of Zug and Lucerne at our 3rd annual speaking tournament. There are scheduled to be over 40 students representing 3 countries competing in both Public Forum Debate and Original Oratory events

 Parliamentary resolutions will be announced approximately 25 min before the start of the round.  Students will have only that prep time to research and structure their cases.

The current resolution for Public Forum debate is as follows: Stricter limits on immigration levels are needed in Western democracies in order to protect cultural and political stability
