Dramatic (will follow NCFL rules for Dramatic Performance;will be combined with Humorous due to numbers)

Duo Interpretation

Extemporaneous Speaking

Lincoln-Douglas 

Original Oratory 

Public Forum 

Poetry is combined with Prose (called Oratorical Interpretation)

 -Please prepare either a Poetry or a Prose program to compete with; programs that incorporate both Prose and Poetry are also accepted

 

 

The following events will follow NSDA rules (www.speechanddebate.org):

 

 

Public Forum debate will use the NSDA topic for November (see www.speechanddebate.org ).

Lincoln-Douglas debate will use the NSDA topic for November-December (see www.speechanddebate.org ).

 

The Lincoln-Douglas novice topic will not be used.
