Event Description:

Student Congress- Operating procedures will depends upon the number of entries, but a super session will be held on Sunday morning composed of the top speaks from Saturday’s sessions. All finalists will receive a bid to the 2006 Tournament of Champions. Bill must be submitted on our website by September 22, 2006. Competitors may view bills on our website by September 25, 2006 at www.upenn.tabroom.com. Bill packets will not be mailed.
