Open Round Robin
Event Description:
The Expo's competitive round robin will feature 20 teams from across the network competing in an open evidence division for the Leonard A. Gail Award. Each league is guaranteed 1 entry of high school debaters who attend the same school to participate. If the round robin field has open spots after each first team is entered then second teams from leagues will be selected from an alternates list. Alternate teams nominations must be provided before the registration deadline. This is a great opportunity for debaters seeking national level competition with a chance for constructive feedback and growth. All entries must disclose an affirmative case by the posting deadline. There are no evidence or argument limits on this division. Each entry is asked to provide one judge for the round robin. Judge philosophies should be posted to Tabroom.com before the Expo.
